1. Iris Website Design shall maintain a current local back-up copy of the client's web site.
2. Once we receive the client's updates they shall be implemented and completed within the appropriate timescales.
3. Although we make every effort to make accurate amendments, it is the client's responsibility to review these updates and, if necessary, notify us of any changes that need to be made. We do not charge for errors that are directly our fault. However, if amendments need to be made due to client error, our regular hourly update fees apply.
4. Updates should be provided by e-mail wherever possible. Amendments to text can be sent as an attachment and should be in Word document format. Pictures can be in .png .jpg or .gif format. Updates may also be posted to us by mail. As these, normally, require retyping data or scanning photos, updating your website will cost a little more to complete the changes.
5. As your web site may be using third-party software. We have no control over what third party sites do and take no responsibility for loss of information due to the actions of these sites.

With the information that you provide we will produce a custom made re-designed website for you. We will redesign your website with your end user in mind and perform usability testing in various browsers, to ensure that your website works as planned.
Maintaining your website may seem a totally unnecessary task, but you will find that by regularly updating your web pages visitors will keep returning to your site. Generally, websites that remain the same for long periods of time, will get less repeat visitors than those which update their content.
